Hopped English Sparkling Wine (Citra/Mosaic Hops) – Case of x6 Bottles
Breweries have been adding grape skins and wine lees to their beers for generations, so we thought why not add fresh, aromatic, new world hops to our wine. Seyval Blanc grapes from Herefordshire, England were whole bunch pressed and fermented in chilled tanks. The wine was then subtlety and gently dry hopped, using a mix of American Mosaic and Citra hops, before undergoing secondary fermentation in bottle. This wine is unfiltered so will appear cloudy. Drink cloudy.
Aromatised wine based drink. Base wine made in London from grapes harvested in Herefordshire, England. Ingredients: Seyval Blanc Wine, Hops, Yeast, Sugar.
