Quite beautiful with a light construction, pale in colour with scents of rose-hips and strawberry. A fabulously vibrant palate which teases sweet fruitiness and has a very fine mousse with ravishing acidity through to the finish.
Blend: 65% Pinot Noir - 35% Pinot Meunier

A clear pale bronze rose colour in the glass, which is beautifully clear. Aromas of raspberries and soft notes of strawberry purée subtly lift from the glass. A rich palate of strawberry, cherry, redcurrant and raspberry which is weighted by a crisp, vibrant acidity and tart mousse adding some texture on the tongue with a lasting finish.
