Michel Dupont Fahn owns a domain in Burguny, but also vineyard in the Langedoc. There he produces Chardonnay, Viognier and Cabernet-Sauvignon. This 100% Cabernet-Sauvignon has aroma's of chocolate and dark fruit. The structure is gentle, and the tannines are well integrated. Because the grapes grow in a warm climate, there are no green tones one often finds in this sort of wine. The wine is elegant and combines beautiful with cheese or a diner with meat or slightly spiced food.
